For the past several years, I have helped organizations improve their digital presence through website management, content strategy, analytics, and SEO.
My professional experience began at Wonderful Machine, a Narberth, Pennsylvania-based commercial photography agency and directory, and continued at Sagapixel, a digital marketing agency in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Beyond Rankings
Although SEO is often viewed as a technical marketing discipline, I have come to see it as an exercise in understanding human behavior.
People come to websites with questions, goals, and expectations. My role is to help organizations present the most valuable information, reduce friction, and create digital experiences that make it easier for users to find what they need and take the next step. Better rankings are important, but they are ultimately a byproduct of building websites that genuinely serve their audiences.
Air Ambulance Website: Strategy
One of my primary responsibilities at Sagapixel was supporting the digital marketing efforts of an international air ambulance provider — the agency’s largest client.
The work extended well beyond traditional SEO. We continually refined location pages to improve their usefulness for prospective customers while also expanding and updating the company’s educational content to answer common questions about air medical transport. Every recommendation balanced search visibility with the need to present complex information clearly to people who were often navigating stressful and time-sensitive situations.
The project required close collaboration across content, video production, and web development. We produced educational videos to support written content and continually evaluated how information was presented across desktop and mobile devices. Because the website was built with the older page builder, implementing changes often required creative problem-solving and careful quality assurance to ensure a consistent user experience.
The experience reinforced my belief that successful digital marketing depends not only on attracting visitors, but on creating websites that are informative, accessible, and easy to use.

What is an SEO Audit?
SEO audits are deep dives into the functioning of a website in respect of all of the factors affecting the site’s search engine rankings. They begin, in part, with some sense of what the site’s goals are. How does a photographer want her site to represent her? The goals of the photographer are part of the criteria that is used to judge the site.
